hello!

well this is awkward.  it's been a while.

i'm ashamed of my lack of blogging and blog stalking lately.  let's see, not much has happened.  em is still married, which is great. we went to mexico - it rained.  we had all of walkers fam over for holidays (really glad everyone could get together - a lot going on with the templetons - not something i want to get into on here). oh - we got pregnant.  like a while ago.  i am almost 31 weeks!

we are beyond grateful at how lucky we are to have gotten knocked up in like a second and to have had a healthy and relatively sickness free pregnancy so far (with the exception of the first three months - what the f was that?) i need to get better at taking pictures.  i am terrible at remembering to take selfie shots of my growing belly.  my sister is queen of the selfie.  speaking of my sister - she is pregnant too!  we conceived on the same night.  no joke.  it's not weird at all, esp for my brother, or my dad or your dad if he reads this.  not gonna lie, at first my middle child marsha marsha marsha came out and i was a tad annoyed.  like, "way to steal my thunder - again - like you have my entire life".... but i got over it and it has been so FUN going through this together.  like the best.  we text and call about being preggo everyday.  everyday. and we are both having BOYS! best friends forever.

i have really tried to keep calm and keep the anxiety low for the sake of the baby.  so we decided to buy another house to fix and sell.  oh and i cut all my hair off to a face framing bob.  both decisions, super good for my zen.

the other house isn't just a buff the hardwoods, paint the walls, let walker work his magic house.  it's a 400 sq ft house we are turning into a 2600 sq ft house.  holy sheet, makes me sweat just typing it (which incidentally has been my worst pregnancy side effect).  it's stressful.  walker is working double time to pull this off.  i barely see him. and, my favorite question is, "so, your house is done, right?"  No.  it's not.  barely touched it since we closed on the second house.  and that nesting business you read about is for realz people.  one night walker sat down like he was going to watch tv...i was like ohhh, cute.  now go start on the nursery or i will leave you.

normal people just have to furnish a nursery.  we have to build one.  put in a window, frame the window, get blinds for the window,  add a closet, put shelves in closet, put doors on closet, put a door on the room ...  and THEN furnish the thing with a sh*t ton of baby stuff that the internet says i need. oh and because walker thinks he is frank lloyd wright everything is custom (duh - money grows on trees, right?)

here are some really old pictures of the past few months.
